I hate abusive people. I hate them. I don’t often use that word but I hate them and I am livid that there isn’t more I can do. I hate that there are people who know just how to make someone hate themselves, and blame themselves, and I hate that abusers can do it so well that some people don’t even realize that’s what’s happening to them.

I hate you. You piece of shit trash. I hate what you do and have done to my friend. I hate everyone who has ever abused him and I hate the people who abuse my other friends who pretend they don’t hurt, or can’t see what’s happening to them yet.

If you’re being hurt, you are worth so much more. You really are. I know you might not see it right now but you are. You deserve better than what you’ve been given and it isn’t your fault.
